Harriet is an urban designer specialising in balancing movement and place within streetscape and public realm environments, and has a particular focus and experience in combining active travel and place-making improvements.
She has supported the case-building, stakeholder engagement and design thinking for a number of liveable neighbourhoods across Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire, working with local residents and schools to identify key opportunities. Harriet was also recently part of the design review team for Active Travel England, and has undertaken ‘critical friend’ roles for local authorities, reviewing their active travel designs in line with best practice. |
