Blyth Market Pavilion Masterplan  |  Advance Northumberland

UM was responsible for preparing the Transport Statement, Travel Plan and Deliveries & Servicing Strategy that supported the 2024 planning application for a new ‘culture hub’ at the heart of Blyth town centre. We also provided the traffic engineering advice that underpinned the transformation of the Market Place as a public space surrounding the new building. The Pavilion, containing three cinemas, a café/bar and activity rooms was opened in August 2025, with the new Market Place becoming the core venue for the ‘Blyth Celebrates’ events programme.
