Urban Movement is an interdisciplinary design practice transforming streets, public spaces and transport infrastructure into catalysts for healthier, more prosperous and resilient places.
Streets are not simply transport corridors. They are some of the most influential pieces of public infrastructure a place owns, shaping health, climate resilience, economic prosperity, social mobility, civic identity and everyday quality of life. Designing them well means looking beyond movement alone to understand the wider outcomes they can deliver.
Our work therefore begins with purpose, not infrastructure. Every project is driven by the ambitions of the place: supporting growth, improving health, strengthening local economies, increasing biodiversity, adapting to climate change, reducing inequality and creating places where people choose to spend time.
